                  主轴油气润滑系统

                   主要由DRB电动齿轮润滑泵，定量加压式油气混合器，气源二联件及气动元件等组成。 

                     典型气液两相流润滑，油膜稳定，承载能力强，润滑剂利用率高。 

                     压缩空气连续供送，冷却轴承，并保持轴承腔内正压，防止外界有害物质进入，使所形成的油膜保持新鲜、稳定。 系统设置油压压力开关，可监测润滑系统主油管路断流与失压。 

                      系统选配气压压力开关，可监测油气润滑装置中气压过低报警。 

                      设有低油位发讯器，可将低油位信号输出。 

                      适用于转速n2≥10⁵r/min的各类高速电主轴或其它滑动面的油气润滑。

                      气体要求：细度8μm，水含量低于0.12g/m³

                      油泵设置：工作时间6秒，停止时间5-8分钟

                  安装尺寸：

             DRB electric gear lubrication pump, quantitative pressurized oil-air mixer, air source two-piece filter-regulator-lubricator, pneumatic components. 

             Typical gas-liquid two-phase flow lubrication, forming stable oil film with high load-bearing capacity and high lubricant utilization efficiency.

             Continuous compressed air delivery cools bearings and maintains positive pressure inside bearing housing to block external contaminants, keeping the oil film fresh and stable.

            Built-in oil pressure switch to monitor pipeline oil loss and pressure drop，Optional air pressure switch for low air pressure alarm.

            Low oil level sensor for low-volume signal output.

            Applicable for high-speed spindles with rotational speed ≥10,000 rpm and other sliding surface oil-air lubrication.

           Air quality requirement: Particle fineness ≤8μm, water content <0.12g/m³.
